He makes his own music videos in the reflection of the stove.
For Christmas this year, C finally got one! I wrote about the LeapFrog Touch Magic Rockin' Guitar here in my Christmas toy review. Well, a few weeks after Christmas and its still definitely a favorite. Whenever the Pirate Band comes on TV (or any other music, for that matter) he runs to get his "tar" and follow along. He also has a Little Tikes drum and will hand it to J or me to accompany him. We absolutely love LeapFrog toys and there's no question why!

My son is obsessed w/ music too! He got a couple of the Melissa and Doug music sets. Loves it!
ReplyDeleteI love toy instruments! My daughter has a really obnoxious sounding guitar that we keep at my parents house :) She loves it! It's fun to see her pretend to be a little 'rock star', though!
ReplyDeleteMy son LOVES music right now too. He has a drumset that he will play while one of us plays the recorder and the other one sings. We're an awful sounding little band, but it sure is fun :)
ReplyDeleteGood to know that the guitar is a good one, I was looking at it in the stores but I wasn't sure if a young kid would really like it or not.
To be honest, this guitar really isn't obnoxious - we don't mind it at all! It has two volume settings and the songs are simple ones like ABCs and Rockin' Robin. When you strum, it adds a strumming noise over the vocals. Its definitely one of his less audibly offensive toys. lol
ReplyDeleteMusic is big in our house too! Brady received a guitar and keyboard for his birthday (the day after Christmas). The party never stops here!
